Dear Dr Lancaster, I thought I would write to you to thank you for the Botox treatment you gave me recently. I was initially quite daunted by having botox having heard of several scare stories and worried about a "frozen" face. However, my initial consultation with you soon put my mind at ease with a careful explaination of the process and a clear indication of what results could be expected. I was amazed that the proceedure itself was relatively painless, just a few carefully administered injections on the forehead and on the outside of my eyes. I hardly felt a thing. You were very sensitive to my needs I started to notice the results within 4 days and 2 weeks later the results were more than what I could have hoped for. Smooth clear skin around my eyes and on my forehead. I know that you have offered a follow up appointment so you can check the results and a free top up if required but I am so pleased with the treatment Im not sure this is necessary!
